值得注意的是第二项的“乐融致新出表”。早在2018年12月19日，乐视网发布了公司合并报表范围变更的公告，指出当时由于持有46.0504%乐融致新股份的第一大股东为天津嘉睿，而持有36.4046%乐融致新股份的乐视网不再构成实际控制，因此“乐融致新出表后，上市公司原硬件相关业务收入将不再纳入合并报表范围”。
